Service Description
OnlyAccounts increases the visibility of creators on platforms through advertising campaigns on partner websites.
The creator remains responsible for compliance with its legal and contractual obligations to third parties (e.g. plattforms). OnlyAccounts will not assume any liability in this regard.

In case of repeated violation of our guidelines, we reserve the right to block the advertiser.
Removal of links to our website
You are allowed to link to our website. But we reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website at any time. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. Any amendments or additions to this agreement must be agreed to in writing by both parties in order to be effective. Should individual contractual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall remain valid. In this case, the invalid clause shall be replaced by the statutory provision or a provision that corresponds to the intentions of both parties within the meaning of this agreement.
